The 2010/11  Committee Officers were re-elected as follows at the AGM on the 16th June 2010: Chairman: David Lee; Vice Chair & Treasurer: Rosemary Noyes; Secretary: Marion Beckwith;  Assistant Secretary: Anne Rourke; Chief Instructor: Linda Clarke; Competition Secretary & Child Protection Officer: Sylvia Smith;

6 Other Committee Members were also elected at the AGM:  Patricia Bonney; Lynn Thomson; Elisabeth Richards; Erica Beckwith; Ann Chivers and Malcolm Yates.

Annual accounts are presented to the membership at the AGM in May and are then filed with the Charities Commissioners.

All members may attend the AGM and take part in the election and re-election of the committee and officers.
