7 Other Committee Members were elected following a ballot of the membership June 2009:  Sylvia Smith; Lynn Thomson; Elisabeth Richards; Erica Beckwith; Ann Chivers; Patricia Bonney and Bijan Ghorbanian.

Annual accounts are presented to the membership at the AGM in May and are then filed with the Charities Commissioners.

All members may attend the AGM and take part in the election and re-election of the committee and officers.
